Key Responsibilities:
Community Liason
• Represent both the Live Futures 2020 team,our partners and the audience we engage
• Engage with both private & public conversations as well as the requests & needs of our audience
• Monitor, contribute & be an active in what individuals and other organisations are saying
• Gather info & inputs about our products or services, to tell us what our audience wants
Branding
• Promotion of our events, projects, and organisation, through conversation
Communication
• As coordinator of social media, use the tools
• Use Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, e-newsletters, foursquare, podcasts. understand the language, jargon & norms
Shaping
• Monitoring content
Tasks
• Identify current trends, patterns & issues in customer requests
• communicate with rest of team and Festival Coordinators about projects
• Identify & engage advocates of LF 2020 & its projects
• Stay up to date with social media tools, best practice and how organisations use them
• Participate in professional networking by following other prominent members or organisations
