Janine Cahill BA MCom CPA

is a Sydney-based innovation strategy and futures consultant with special expertise in developing experiential innovation leadership programs and working with deep forms of learning. She has worked in strategy, organisational change and leadership since 1988.

She also initiated environmental projects within a large bank in 1991, developing cost-benefit analyses of green projects, which made sustainability a business issue.

Her corporate Foresight and Innovation clients include nab and AMP, and she mentors a number of youth organisations. She also runs a monthly series of Foresight Innovation and Sustainability Hothouses (FISH@6) and launched a new experiential and incidental learning business, Future Journeys Games Lab in 2009.

Janine has developed strategy and implementation programs at corporate and business-unit levels. She won an Australian national award for strategy in 1990 and has been involved in change management of technology, process and culture changes over many years, following an early career in consumer, commercial and corporate finance.

Janine has her own creative and innovation practices. Working in the innovation space where futures, business, technology, design, sustainability and art converge, Janine is collaborating globally on a number of projects for the purpose of deepening the experience of the future today.

Jana picJana Wunderlich

is a Sydney-based Event Manager with a passion to connect people and cultures through shared experiences which she brings to the events she organises both as a freelancer and as an employee.

Jana grew up in Germany where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, specialised in Hotel Management. Several years of international hospitality experience brought her to Sydney, Australia where her interest in the Event Industry led her to complete a Master of Management in Event Management.

While she was involved in large scale events such as World Youth Day, Sydney Festival and Breakfast on the Bridge, she thoroughly enjoys organising events for small organisations and having a real impact on community building and social capital.

Jana first became involved with Live Futures 2020 as an Intern in 2008 and then as Event Manager since 2009 because she believes that her contribution assists the connection between people which is just one step toward a co-creation of a positive future.

lisa duongLisa Duong

Lisa is a final year student studying Bachelor of Design at the College of Fine Arts, UNSW. She also completed a diploma in Advertising at TAFE. Advertising is her calling, which is why she loved being involved with the promotion of Live Futures and she sees communication as one of the most important factors for a successful outcome. Lisa is also the co-artistic director for the festival and have worked with the visual language, refining it to what it is today. Being a graphic designer too, she is passionate about communicating visually, and would like to get the word out on this festival to promote a better future, which can’t start without the numbers.

Chris Darmadi

Christopher Darmadi

I am a graphic designer, and am currently in my final year studying Bachelor of Design at the College of Fine Arts, UNSW.  As a graphic designer, I always challenge myself to come up with better designs than the last. That is what I love about this career. Every job and client are never the same. In order to improve in this occupation, I try to take in the knowledge and experiences of other designers in the industry. I think knowing my about your fellow designers, especially professionals, can greatly help my designs and my way of practising design. I am the co-artistic director for Live Futures 2020. I would like to do my best in transforming the future for the better, as I would like to look forward to a positive one.
